How to use essential oils for sinus problems!
The three best ways to use essential oils are by either mixing them with a carrier oil, diffusing them or adding them to your bath water.
Mixing with a carrier oil:
All you need to do is add a few drops of recommended essential oil to your carrier oil. I prefer coconut oil but you can also use olive, grape seed, etc.
Add a few drops of essential oils and water and diffuse.
Mixing with hot bath water:
Add a few drops of oil to your hot bath water and allow yourself to soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
